Listed healthcare and medical services provider, Abano Healthcare Group, has today been
advised by ABN AMRO Craigs that it has completed the announced book build sell-down of
the shareholding of Cullen Investments and parties associated with Eric Watson (Cullen) in
Abano. ABN AMRO Craigs advised that 72,996,512 of the 121,181,035 shares that were
held by Cullen and associates have now been placed.
