Abano announces dates for director nominations
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.3.2, Abano Healthcare Group Limited today advises its shareholders that the opening date for director nominations is 5 July 2006. The closing date for director nominations shall be 5 August 2006. In the event that the annual meeting of the company is held after 5 October 2006, then the closing date for director nominations shall be the date falling two months before the date of the annual meeting. The date of Abano’s annual meeting will be announced as soon as it has been confirmed by the company.
