Phil Newland to remain as independent director on Abano board
Abano Healthcare Group has today advised that Mr Phil Newland will continue as an independent director on the Abano board.
The board of Abano had previously indicated Mr Newland was looking to resign due to work commitments in his role as executive director at St Laurence. Subsequent to this, it has been announced that Mr Newland has exercised an option to sell his interests in St Laurence.
The directors of Abano have today advised that Mr Newland has accepted the board’s invitation to continue his role as an independent director.
