Abano Healthcare Group Limited advises that Ferrier Hodgson & Co has been appointed to prepare the independent report required under the Takeovers Code, on the proposed partial takeover by Masthead Portfolios Limited.

Directors reiterate their advice to shareholders not to sell their shares or otherwise enter into any commitment to accept the proposed offer pending further communications from the Company.
