As previously announced, Abano Healthcare Group Limited (NZSX: ABA) advises that the High Court and shareholder approved cancellation of 1 in every 4 shares held by Abano shareholders was completed on 12 January 2011.
Payment of $5.23 for each share cancelled will be made to shareholders on 20 January 2011, along with payment of the interim dividend.
A total of 5,224,295 shares were cancelled. Following the share cancellation, Abano has 15,671,992 ordinary shares on issue.
